My Philosophy

I believe in one-to-one learning environment, which allows me to address individual needs of a student. Every student has a different history, barriers, missing areas, misunderstandings, different levels of knowledge, ability to apply, concentration, comprehension, skills, attitude etc.

You can see that it is almost impossible to tailor educational process to each individual when you work with a group.

I believe that every teacher should constantly raise student’s confidence level by improving his ability to perform to show that he can do things.

I also believe that every student can improve. How much, depends on a teacher and the amount of work the student is willing to do. I can put a student in a comfortable level, but if he wants to improve, he will have to practice, as anyone in any area of human endeavor.
